Event Description:

Event Time: 7AM-7PM HWAC: Main Court: 64 6' banquets (rented) set fair style (floor covering down) North bleachers down at 3 PM Multipurpose Court: 6 8' banquets with 2 chairs each on south wall 38 rounds of 8 12X16 stage (one set of stairs, 3 stage curtains) with 2 banquets on stage, mic, speaker, podium (west wall) Special Events: 12 classroom tables with 4 chairs each (2 on each side) Black Box: 1 banquet w/3 chairs at front for judges, 40 chairs set, not on risers *4-5 11x17 sign stands around JWTT for wayfinding throughout the building* JWTT Rehearsal Rm: 1 banquet w/ 3 chairs at front for judges GILL 116: 1 banquet w/ 3 chairs at front for judges Jones: 1 banquet w/3 chairs in between stage and front row for judges GORE: Lobby: 1 8' with 2 chairs (can use existing tables) 1 rack of chairs set in lobby and close hallways for additional seating MALOUF: 201- projector, mic 2 6' banquets with 1 chair each in hallway for check-in DICK: 4 8' banquets in hallway for catering OUTDOOR: parking signs for HWAC & JWTT Garages W Shop Wayfinding Signs CAMPUS Table Count: 16 banquets ( 4 6' in performance spaces-Black Box, Rehearsal rm, GILL 116, Jones) 4 8' in Dick 2 6' in Malouf 1 in Gore (can use existing tables) 64 6' (rented) in Main Court 12 classroom in Special Events (not covered) 6 8' in MPC 38 rounds
