Monday, June 15th 9am 6 rounds of 8 4 catering tables between the pillars Friday, June 19th - 5:00pm - 6:00pm 6 rounds of 8 4 catering tables between the pillars Friday, June 19th - Post-concert Dessert reception. 8-9:30pm Concert starts at 7pm and reception set up no earlier than 8pm. There will be some workshops in Tanner Atrium Monday -Friday, so we can put the tables at one end and leave them there between Monday and Friday (if linens aren't too dirty, they can stay, too)
